This major remodel and addition in Oakland completely transformed an outdated, deteriorating house into a modern, open-concept home, capitalizing on the breathtaking views of the bay.
The original structure had only two bedrooms and one full bathroom on the main level, along with a laundry area and a bathroom with a confusing layout. Our proposed design created a more functional and spacious floor plan, opening up the living areas with vaulted ceilings and skylights, adding an abundance of natural light and enhancing the sense of space.
The deck, which showcases panoramic views of the bay, provides a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, maximizing the property's prime location and enhancing the overall living experience.
