Hi, my name is Luis and I live in Oakland, California. When I was a kid, I used to spend large amounts of time playing with my Legos and making drawings over my bedroom wall. After graduating from architecture school in Peru, I decided to move to California and search for new opportunities. I have been working as an residential designer for over 20 years and on the course, I have learned about residential design, wood frame construction and code requirements.
